How does the free trial work?

Eligible new subscribers can start a 3-day free trial with either plan through Apple’s purchase screen. After the trial, your selected plan renews at $4.99/month or $14.99/year in the US. Your local price and terms appear before you confirm. One introductory trial is available per subscription group.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Little Woof. You can also use Your dog → Manage subscription inside the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends to avoid renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I already subscribed. How do I restore access?

Open a subscription screen in Little Woof and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re using the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If access still doesn’t appear, check Apple Settings → Subscriptions, then contact us.

What happens to my memories if I cancel?

Your saved memories remain on your iPhone. You can still read your scrapbook and export a backup. An active subscription is needed to add new memories and create new profile cards.

How do I move my scrapbook to a new iPhone?

On your old iPhone, open Your dog → Back up scrapbook and save the file to a trusted location such as iCloud Drive. On the new iPhone, open Your dog → Restore a backup and select the file. Restoring replaces the current scrapbook, so export anything you want to keep first. The app does not provide automatic sync between devices.

Why won’t a photo open?

If a photo is stored in iCloud, connect to the internet and let it finish downloading. Try choosing it again or pick another image. Little Woof supports images that Apple’s photo picker can import.

Can I share a card to Instagram or Messages?

Yes. Open a card, choose a color, then tap Share their card. The native iOS share sheet lets you save or send the image using available apps. You may need to save the image first for some destinations.

How do I use Little Chapters?

Little Chapters is available in version 1.1. Update Little Woof from the App Store, then open Today and scroll to Little Chapters below the mood picker. Save a mood or moment to begin your week’s story. Choose a week, pick Butter, Rose, or Meadow, and tap Share this chapter to save or send the finished card.

Favorite memories lead the highlights. Earlier weeks appear when they contain saved moods or moments, and the current week stays in progress. Chapters are made privately on your iPhone.

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles App Store billing and refunds. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem page to request one.

Where can I download Little Woof?

Download Little Woof from the App Store. It requires iOS 17 or later.
